AuthnPolicy
Authentication policy allows to view, modify, create, and delete authentication policies that enforce the use of specified authentication methods for specified system resources. This policy is an element that connects and sets relations between authentication components. Authentication policy enables you to connect certain resources with risk conditions and authentication methods. From the technical point of view, this means that when incoming requests are recognized, risk conditions are evaluated above acquirable parameters. If the resulting risk level is lower than or equal to the assurance level provided by the configured authentication method, this method is offered to the user. In the opposing case, authentication cannot be performed and the user is not allowed to authenticate. We recommend configuring an Authentication Application that can provide several authentication methods depending on the input criteria such as risk level.
